The Telangana Housing Board (THB) achieved a significant financial milestone on Thursday, May 28, 2026, by generating ₹140 crore through the e-auction of four strategically located land parcels in Raviryal, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy district. The plots, situated within the Future City development zone adjacent to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, attracted robust participation from real estate developers.
Vice Chairman of the Telangana Housing Board, V.P. Gautham, confirmed that the maximum bid per square yard reached ₹83,500, marking a strong valuation for prime real estate in the area. A total of 17 companies competed in the auction, reflecting keen investor interest in high-growth locations near Hyderabad’s international gateway. Among the parcels sold, one measuring 1,113 square yards drew the top bid of ₹83,500 per square yard—one of the highest rates recorded in recent auctions. Another larger plot, spanning nearly 6,000 square yards, was sold at ₹62,500 per square yard, further underscoring the premium placed on land in this corridor.
