Telangana ab traffic challans SMS, WhatsApp, aur email ke through bhejega; vehicle owners ko VAHAN details update karna hoga ek mahine ke andar

Telangana government ne notify kiya hai ki traffic challans jo Rule 167(1) ya Rule 167(2) ke under Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 ke tahat issue hote hain, ab electronically text messages (SMS), WhatsApp messages, aur emails ke through serve kiye ja sakte hain. Yeh decision Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways dwara is saal pehle ki gayi amendments ke baad aaya hai Central Motor Vehicles Rules mein, jiska uddeshya traffic enforcement ko modernize karna aur physical notice delivery par nirbharata ko kam karna hai. Transport, Roads and Buildings Department dwara issue ki gayi notification ke anusaar, Telangana ke sabhi vehicle owners ko apne mobile phone numbers aur email addresses ko VAHAN portal par update karna hoga ek mahine ke andar notification ki publication date se. Notification Telangana Gazette mein June 2, 2026 ko publish kiya gaya tha. Ek mahine ke samay sima ke baad, jo bhi challan electronically in teen modes se VAHAN portal par recorded contact details par bheja jayega, use vehicle owner ko duly serve kiya gaya mana jayega. Iska matlab hai ki agar vehicle owner physically message nahin receive karta hai, toh bhi challan ko legally serve kiya gaya mana jayega jab tak updated contact details par dispatch kiya jata hai. Is initiative se traffic violations ki jaldi communication aur enforcement efficiency badhne ki ummeed hai. Authorities traffic monitoring systems aur anya enforcement mechanisms ke through challans electronically serve kar sakte hain, jisse physical notice delivery se judi delays kam ho jayengi. Notification Rule 167(3) ke tahat Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 ke under issue kiya gaya hai, Telangana Transport Commissioner dwara submit kiye gaye proposal ke baad. State government ne is decision ko key officials ko communicate kiya hai, jismein Transport Commissioner, Director General of Police, Hyderabad aur Cyberabad ke Commissioners of Police, district collectors, aur state bhar ke registering authorities shamil hain. In authorities ko directed kiya gaya hai ki ve apne respective jurisdictions mein electronic service of challans ka implementation ensure karein. Yeh initiative central government ki traffic enforcement processes ko digitize aur streamline karne ki vishal koshish ke saath saath hai. Electronic communication channels ka upyog karke, state traffic rules ke saath compliance badhane aur road safety enhance karne ki koshish kar raha hai. Vehicle owners ko salah di gayi hai ki ve apne details VAHAN portal par jaldi update karein taaki electronic challans ke non-receipt se koi inconvenience ya legal complications na ho. Electronic challans ki shuruaat se Telangana mein traffic violations ki communication aur addressing mein mahatvapurn parivartan aane ki ummeed hai. Physical notices par nirbharata ko kam karke, state apne traffic enforcement mechanisms ki efficiency aur effectiveness badhane ki koshish kar raha hai.
