In a significant bilateral meeting held at Hyderabad House in New Delhi on Monday, India and Myanmar agreed to deepen their ties and enhance cooperation across key areas such as trade, investment, connectivity, development partnership, capacity-building, security, and border management. The talks were attended by India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Myanmar’s President U Min Aung Hlaing. Both leaders underscored India’s role in advancing peace and dialogue while emphasizing the sharing of experiences in federal governance and economic development.
