The results for JEE Advanced 2026 have been announced, with Shubham Kumar from the Delhi zone delivering an outstanding performance to secure the All India Rank 1. The examination was conducted by IIT Roorkee, and the results were officially declared on the night of May 31. Over 1.87 lakh students had registered for the exam, of which approximately 1.79 lakh candidates appeared for both papers. According to the results, a total of 56,880 candidates have been declared successful, including 10,107 female students.
Shubham Kumar topped the exam with 330 marks out of 360, while Kabir Chillar secured the second position with 329 marks. Jatin Chahar ranked third with 319 marks. Among female candidates, Arohi Deshpande from the Delhi zone performed exceptionally well, scoring 280 marks and securing the 77th rank in the Common Rank List. Professor Kamal Kishore Pant, Director of IIT Roorkee, congratulated the successful students and advised them to participate in the JoSAA 2026 counselling process.
