Mumbai University has released the first merit list for undergraduate courses (BA, BSc, BCom, etc.) under its affiliated colleges. The list is now available for all students who recently passed Class 12 and wish to secure admission in a university-affiliated college. Students selected based on the merit list must complete document verification at the respective college within the stipulated deadline.
University officials have stated that the number of students included in the first merit list is quite high, creating a highly competitive environment for college admissions. Selected students are required to appear at their designated college by the given date with their admission letters, mark sheets, caste certificates (if applicable), and other necessary documents. The university has also clarified that students whose names do not appear in the first list should not lose hope, as the second and third merit lists will be released soon.
