The Southern Railway’s Palakkad Division has announced the operation of a special summer train service between Hyderabad and Mangaluru Central, aimed at accommodating the increased passenger rush during the season. The train, designated as Hyderabad–Mangaluru Central Special Express, will run for four round trips in June, providing an additional travel option for passengers on this busy route.
Train No. 07097 will depart from Hyderabad at 4:20 a.m. on four consecutive Wednesdays starting June 3 and ending June 24. It is scheduled to arrive at Mangaluru Central at 9:30 a.m. the following day. On the return journey, Train No. 07098 will leave Mangaluru Central at 8:00 p.m. on four consecutive Thursdays beginning June 4 and concluding June 25, reaching Hyderabad at 4:00 a.m. on the following Saturday. This coordinated schedule ensures that passengers can travel in either direction over the weekend, aligning with the summer travel peak.
